Lilian Magill has been blogging at Lilian’s Tree since 2010. Lilian is a Sydney girl; she has not lived anywhere else but she loves to travel. Lilian is General Secretary of the Botany Bay Family History Society, a member of the Society of Australian Genealogists and the Royal Australian Historical Society. She is also a member of the Women’s Pioneer Society of Australasia. She started blogging to make connections and then she started sharing books and websites as well. Lilian’s blog is part storytelling, part of what she has been doing and part research.
